Welcome to Bullseye! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bullseye mobile application (the "App") and the website (the "Site") operated by Everstep Growth Limited ("Everstep," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account, syncing data, or using any feature of the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not download, register, or use the App.
2. Use of the App
Everstep Growth Limited grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to download and install a copy of the App on mobile devices you own or control, and to run such copy solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Account Creation: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and are responsible for any activity under your account.
- Data Synchronization: The App uses Firebase Firestore to synchronize tracking data. It requires an active internet connection for database backup features.
- AI Chatbot: The built-in AI productivity coach provides general advice and motivational support. It is not a medical, financial, or professional health service.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Modifying, making derivative works of, decrypting, reverse compiling, or reverse engineering any part of the App.
- Using the App to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful material.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the App or the database servers.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any goal descriptions, habits, activities, or notes you enter in the App ("User Content"). However, by using the synchronization features, you grant us the right to host, sync, and process this content strictly for providing services to you.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and App Limitations
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Bullseye is a personal goal-setting and habit tracking tool. Everstep Growth Limited makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties that using the App will lead to specific personal, professional, or financial outcomes. You acknowledge that your success depends entirely on your own efforts and commitment.
6. AI Productivity Coach Disclaimer
The App features a built-in AI Coach designed to analyze tracking trends and offer motivational tips and habit suggestions. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- The AI Coach provides general, automated information and is not a professional counseling, medical, psychotherapeutic, financial, or legal advising service.
- The AI Coach's advice should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional guidance because of information provided by the AI Coach.
- Everstep Growth Limited does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of any AI-generated tips, and using AI suggestions is solely at your own risk.
7. Subscription Fees and Payments
While basic habit tracking features are free, Bullseye may offer optional premium features or subscription plans. All financial transactions, billing, and subscription management are handled securely through the Google Play Store billing platform. By purchasing premium plans, you agree to Google Play's Terms of Service and billing policy. Everstep Growth Limited is not responsible for any transaction issues, billing errors, or refund disputes, which must be addressed directly with the Google Play Store.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everstep Growth Limited and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the App.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Continuing to use the App after modifications are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
